To be fair to her, she is a general surgeon working in Darwin dealing with terrible problems in the aboriginal population. She had left her four year old daughter with the grandparents in Sydney and chaired a conference in Nadi with surgeons from across the South Pacific before meeting up with her husband for a few days break. Not surprisingly she completely 'relaxed' and much deserved I'm sure it was.

It was funny though seeing Lu being cuddled by a drunk Aussie woman.
