Looking for a (very) small road bike

Mrs P is 5'1". We have an opportunity for her to get into cycling with the possibility of a 3-day charity ride in July. I'm looking for a road bike for her, but as we're not committed yet I don't want to spend loads.

Does anyone know of a small road bike for sale around the £200 mark? There are a few Carreras around but I'd like to get a second hand, better bike if possible. I'm guessing we'd be looking at a 43cm frame?
